Daughter of a blacksmith Marisa Kovich was raised by only her father James Kovich. After her mother died when she was 10. Like her mother, Marisa loved to travel so when she turned 17 she was finally allowed to go out on her own.
At 19 she met Sarah Barnes (Read Below) She taught her the skill of Archery among other things. Before she met Sarah though she was pretty naive and little too trusting of other travelers. Which got her into some trouble. She is a week away from turning 20 when the first comic takes place.

Sarah Barnes
Sarah Barnes' Father Thomas Barnes married Belewien, a young wood elf when he was 31 and she was 23. Sarah never really got along with either parent, since they argued constantly on how they should be raiseing her. She eventually left home when she was only 15 years old.
Learning from other Elf travelers picking up new skills very quickly. Archery was one of the first combat skill she learned when accompaning a 28 year old Elf by the name of Lomandil Gandel when she was 18. At 21 she met Marisa Kovich. Now she is 22 when the first comic takes place.
